The spikes arrived pretty quickly. Were sealed in an ordinary bag without box. Complete set (in spikes of 8 spikes + 4 in stock and key). The spikes are light. I took a 27.5 on the foot-a little loose is not critical, I love a tight fit. Insole size in the photo. Possible on a wider foot and will be great. I would like more rigidity in the nose, apparently for the benefit of the weight, the plastic is thin. Killed the caviar) after 5 to 400. I haven’t run in spikes for a long time. In general 4/5

Nice track shoes for a low price. Synthetic leather upper is soft, particularly in the toe area which has plenty of room. I have a broad foot and shoe midfoot area was narrow till I removed the foam inner sole/sock liner. Sizes are Chinese, which is slightly smaller than EU for same number so buy at least one size larger. Size 45 is about 44EU, 9.5UK/AU, 10 US/CAN and fitted me well over bare feet or thin running socks after the foam inner sole was removed. The one piece plastic sole is very flexible which makes the shoe suitable for longer track running not just just short sprints. Very suitable for new and younger runners or people like me wanting spikes just to develop speed on grass to improve road running performance. Comes with the 16 spikes needed for shoes and some spares and a wrench to install them. Excellent value and service. Thank you.
