Health Carbon CP3 Pro Sprint Track Spikes are a sprint-oriented option for athletes comparing track footwear. Before ordering, consider the event you compete in, how the shoe fits your foot, and the footwear rules at your track. Product appearance alone cannot tell you whether a spike is the right choice for your racing needs.
Competition-oriented sprint spikes are generally intended for track workouts and racing. Everyday running shoes are usually better for warm-ups, easy runs, and recovery mileage. Compare the selected variation and the photos carefully before checkout.
Use sprint-oriented footwear primarily for appropriate track sessions and races. Regular trainers are typically better for daily mileage.
Measure your feet, check the available sizing guidance, and aim for a secure fit without numbness or rubbing.
No. Pin restrictions vary by venue and competition. Confirm the rules before race day.
Review the available size and color options, inspect the product photos, and choose the variation that suits your needs. For more buying advice, read our track spike selection guide.

The sneakers are excellent, bought them for my son. I have the same ones myself, CP5 are stiffer and bend less, these are softer. For now, it will be enough for my son. I recommend the seller, very good, responsive, answers quickly and is accommodating. Sent quickly. I will recommend it for purchase to children who train with us.
