Velocity X Sprint Track Spikes are a sprint-focused footwear option for athletes preparing for track workouts and competition. Choosing the right spikes starts with a secure fit, the demands of your event, and the rules of the surface where you race.
Track spikes typically fit more closely than everyday running shoes, but they should not pinch, rub excessively, or cause numbness. Measure both feet, check the product’s size chart, and select the available option that suits your foot shape. For sprinting, check venue footwear rules and give yourself time to become familiar with new shoes.
Competition-oriented spikes are best reserved for suitable track sessions and races. Regular running shoes are usually more appropriate for easy mileage and warm-ups.
Use the product size options and size chart, then check that your heel stays secure without toe pain or pressure.
Follow the track’s or competition’s footwear rules and the shoe manufacturer’s guidance. Permitted pin lengths vary by venue.
Product performance and technical specifications can vary by version; check the selected product details before purchase. Review the images and available options above, select your preferred size or variation, and add your pair to the cart when you’re ready. For broader advice, see our guide to choosing track spikes.

Very easy to attach the tips with the included tool. The fabric is thin but they work well. I followed the measurement chart, my daughters’ foot measures 20 cm so I bought them size 33 and it fits them perfectly. The delivery was delayed.
